✅ Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your item — reason required.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

🔁 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery

• It must be unused and in its original packaging

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Customized or made-to-order items

• Items unsealed after delivery due to hygiene reasons

• Perishable or time-sensitive items

• Items mixed with other goods after delivery

🎁 Gift Orders

If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once we receive the item.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
